    1. Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Buildpixel platform ("Service") operated by Vardexa OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia, with its registered office in Tallinn, Estonia ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Description of Service

    Buildpixel provides cloud-based CI/CD infrastructure for Unreal Engine projects, including but not limited to: dedicated cloud build workers, build artifact storage and distribution, and integration with version control systems and deployment platforms.

    3. Account Registration

    To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    4. Subscription & Billing

    • Free Tier: One project with limited features at no cost
    • Studio Plan: €99/mo, including 3 projects, with a flat €29/mo fee per additional project
    • Enterprise: Custom pricing — contact sales
    • Annual billing is offered at two months free versus the monthly rate
    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
    • Prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable under Estonian/EU law
    • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
    • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
    • Upload malicious code or content
    • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

    6. Intellectual Property

    You retain all rights to your source code, assets, and build artifacts. We claim no ownership over your content. The Buildpixel platform, branding, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Vardexa OÜ.

    7. Data & Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian data protection law.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, Vardexa OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be suspended. Your data will be available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
